Create shows and select music to sell at your events

📍 Show Details

Name your show or event. "DJ Night at Long Street Café" or "Album Launch — The Journey". This is what fans see when browsing upcoming shows on BuyLive.
Where is the show happening? Type the venue name and address. This info appears on the show card and helps fans find you.
✅ Location Set
Opens an interactive map to drop a pin or search for a venue. This sets exact GPS coordinates for BuyLive proximity detection — fans within range discover your show and its music on their companion app.
The date of your show. Shows appear as "Upcoming" until the date arrives, then switch to "Live" during the event, and "Past" afterwards.
When the show kicks off. This determines when the show status changes from "Upcoming" to "Live" and when BuyLive proximity trading activates.
How long your show runs, in hours. byME uses this to calculate when to deactivate BuyLive proximity trading. If your gig runs longer than planned, no stress.
The genre of music at this show. Helps fans browsing BuyLive filter and find events that match their taste.
Tell fans what to expect at your show. The vibe, the lineup, special guests, ticket info. This shows on your show's detail page in BuyLive.

🎵 Music Selection

Select music to be available during your show. Selected items will go live at show time and start their 42-day resale timer.

Filter your music by title or artist name. Use Select All to toggle all visible items on or off — quickly select your entire catalog, or deselect everything and start fresh.

Choose which merchandise will be available at this show. Fans buy merch through BuyLive and collect it at the event using a QR code, or opt for delivery. Only tick items you'll actually have at this event.
🛍️ Manage Merchandise
Go to Merch Management to create new merch items, edit existing ones, manage stock levels, and set up variants. Start there first if you haven't created any merch yet.
👤 Add a Representative

Assign someone to scan merch QR codes at the show. They'll receive an email with a confirmation code.

Search for a byME user to assign as your merch rep at this show. Reps verify and hand over merch purchases on your behalf. You can assign up to 3 reps per show.
Shows each assigned rep's name, byME ID, confirmation code, and status (pending or confirmed). You can resend invites or remove reps who haven't confirmed.
Back
Creates the show with all your selected music, merch, and reps. Once created, it appears in BuyLive as an upcoming event. When show time arrives, proximity detection activates automatically.
